Since On-Ergy was founded, sustainability has been at the heart of our decisions and actions. For us, it's not about achieving a "green" image, but about actively and honestly contributing to the preservation of our environment. We do this through a variety of measures that are embedded in our everyday business:
- Small measures, big impact: From separating waste and saving electricity to more extensive projects – we attach great importance to environmentally conscious behaviour in all areas.
- Promotion of home offices: We support our employees in working from home in order to reduce CO2 emissions and lower energy costs and the need for office space.
- Use of environmentally friendly technologies: The use of sustainable technologies is a top priority for us, both in product development and in our operational processes. Investing in the future
- Expansion of our photovoltaic system: During the last renovation of our buildings, we expanded our photovoltaic system, which now covers around 50% of our electricity needs.
- Heat pump technology: We have installed a modern geothermal heat pump which, in combination with new, intelligent radiators, significantly reduces our heating requirements – by around 40%.
- Sustainable insulation: With Isoflock insulation and wood panelling, we ensure that heat is retained efficiently in our offices.
